The rubber and/or fiber ADA Sidewalk Tactile Strips on either side of the entrance to the " Lodges At Pinellas Park " 6781 Park Blvd N, Pinellas Park, Florida are ripped, torn, loose, or otherwise in bad condition and have become a tripping safety hazard. They need to be replaced or removed per ADA requirements.
