Description

Reported before at least twice - this drain was rebuilt by EBMUD a year ago. There was a u shaped post set in cement. It was broken by a car or vandals leaving sharp edges which could harm pedestrians or dogs. Currently it's a huge tripping hazard as well. Please replace or repair.
