wholly agree - there is a lot of tree overgrowth there too - it's a really awful intersection to try to make a left turn from Ridgeland onto Sycamore. really, there should be no parking at all from the curb to that first driveway.

It's an awful intersection. Something needs to be done to make it safer for cars and pedestrians to cross.

Thank you for your comment on the intersection sight distance along Ridgeland Ave. The City is analyzing the intersection and will make the appropriate recommendations.

It would also be nice if - at the same time - the city put in a camera to monitor all those drivers who consistently run or roll through this stop sign, endangering and injuring pedestrians.

Year 2020 and this kind of obstructive parking is still happening. :(

Will this ever be addressed? I realize Ridgeland isn’t a major street and perhaps that’s why this is still an issue, but a lot of people drive on Ridgeland daily in addition to residents—there are many many delivery trucks and yard crews and other work crews that need to turn from Ridgeland onto Sycamore and are obstructed by cars who are basically parked partially across the entrance to Ridgeland.

Also, please PUT BACK the yellow pedestrian crossing sign at this intersection. It at least used to to get drivers' attention a bit as they speed by.
