This issue is a year old and tree even bigger. Where is the update on this code compliance issue being addressed?

I almost got hit again trying to back out of driveway at 830-38th ave N. This block is already very difficult to exit a driveway due to the hill and speeding traffic coming down the hill. The palm tree at 834-38th ave n. is an additional hazard blocking the view looking west. When one of my family gets hit backing out of the drive, I'm going to sue the city for failure to keep the right of way clear.
