This resident is at it, again, using the public sidewalk as his own private property. School children and their parents are forced to walk around his garbage cans into the road, risking their safety. This happens every trash day. This particular incident is made worse by the trashed bench that has been purposely put across the sidewalk to ensure that no-one has access to it. Please do something about it. Thanks.
