The recycling bins in The Apartments at President Park routinely fill up within 1 or 2 days of them being empty. I propose that we add 12 or more new bins to the complex. I am certain that they'll be used to capacity and will divert that amount of garbage to recycling and positively impact the natural environment of our complex and the Great State of Georgia.
