On Manhatten drive at the end of Spring St there is a house that has a stuffed inside couch and chair on the front porch and people sit outside on the porch drinking. The front of the house is full of littler as well as the side yard which is filled with trash. A lot of traffic goes by this place everyday. What a poor sight .I don't carry a camera with me but these violations are easy to see.

Still as before. ,stuffed couch on porches as well as other chairs. rubbish still on tree belt as it has been for weeks. Trash still in drive way . Drinkers now in back yard.

The property manager told us there was a language barrier and the tenants did not understand his initial request. This report was duplicated and the other report was closed. We are combining both reports.
