This private road is not maintained by County Highways. I will check with Recreation and Parks to see if they perform any maintenance here.
J. Barker 8/23/16.
My reason for reporting is that where the private road meets Clarksville Pike there is a sign indicating to fire department responders that a hydrant is available for use down the private road. Obviously, with the bridge washed out, a fire department vehicle can not use the private road to access the hydrant. Suggest that if the bridge is not repaired and to prevent an future incident, the hydrant signage be removed and fire department notified that the hydrant can be accessed using Heather Glenn Way instead.
Thank you for reporting this issue. We are investigating the situation to determine appropriate action. If there are any questions, please contact the natural resource office at 410-313-1678.
