But there are still 11 burned out lights between carlaw and leslie on commissioners street. the irony is that it is the section of commissioners where the TORONTO HYDRO DEPOT is. 500 commissioners. these 11 lights have been out for more than 3 months now between carlaw and lesie on commissions starting at Toronto Hydro and ending at Canada Post.
