The issue of ATV's running around this property is one that should be reported to the Police Department when it is happening. If they are called while this is going on they will be in a position deal with the person(s) directly.

Tried doing exactly that . It didn't produce any results . This is a problem . Wish someone would address it . But I imagine it's another just pass the buck over to another . Has anyone drove by and seen this mess ? You can actually see the tire tracks the ATV has worn the grass .

We will be looking at the mess you reported today, for violations of city code. Having police reports does help even if it appears that they haven't done anything. Driving ATV's on private property is not illegal, but there are noise and disturbance codes that the Police Department can enforce but we cannot.

Sold our home , will be out of this area in a couple months . We came to the realization This city doesn't want progress . It's only surviving at a low level at the current taxpayers expense . Best of luck .

Yes it was , point is this property has been a nuisance ever since they moved into that house .

Yes I am aware, but we cannot make them better neighbors, nor can we force them to move. We can only deal with the violations of code, civil code not criminal code, so we are limited.

We do not block content on SeeClickFix. That is controlled by them. We can request blocking (we did not in this case) with a valid reason. I can only assume that the conversation turned rude, profane, or personally nasty and that is why it was blocked.
