access roads of tyrone boulevard from 9th avenue north to 22nd avenue north; grass was mowed but palm fronds on ground and trimming of overgrown grass around trees/ edge of curb was not performed. very unsightly, lots of debris remains despite "maintenance" that was performed one week ago. please notify FDOT or City of St Pete. Is recurring issue. Thank you
