Description

One of the sidewalk segments have lifted leaving a 1"+/trip/fall hazard in front of 24 Lexington Avenue. The lifting of slab may be related to tree which h is planted between street and concrete sidewal . The trees limb is also a hazard as someone 6' tall of above could hit the low limb.
