I have observed the violations at property and have issued a formal enforcement document.

I have been unable to make contact with the property owner yet to date. I have spoken with the tenant at property and he has been working to correct any violations that he has on property. The tenant has informed me that the other violations on the property belong to the property owner. I will be escalating the enforcement level for the remaining violations on property.

I have made contact with the property owner and will be working with him to bring the property into compliance.

I have met with the property owner and the individual who will be purchasing the property. The property has been in probate and is just getting through the legal issues that needed to be taken care of prior to the sale of the property. Both individual have agreed to what the violations on the property are, and that they will be working on having them corrected. The issue will continue to be addressed thru the City system.
