in the front yard of number about #294 nw 24 th st. ON WEST SIDE OF SINK HOLE IN NW 24 TH ST- FLOOD WATERS RUN OVER LOW TAR BERM AND RUN EAST DOWN BANK INTO POND.
THIS WASHES BANK AWAY AND FILLS POND WITH SOLIDS! A YEAR OR TWO AGO , CITY ADDED TAR TO
BERM ON EAST SIDE OF ROAD.
YOU CAN FIND TROUBLE SPOT ON SOUTH WEST CORNER OF POND.
