Photo showing missing sign for double turn lane. Please fix!

PLEASE fix this as it is a public safety issue. I had a car almost hit me because they drove straight while in this turn lane (they must not have realized it was a double turn lane). See pictures. Huge safety issue.

SAFETY ISSUE--please get this double turn sign up--on turn sigh still missing-people are driving straight through intersection in what is a turn lane.

SAFETY ISSUE-STILL NOT FIXED-losing any hope that you guys will ever address this safety issue of a missing sign at a major intersection
