So we are approaching three months since this ticket was opened. Can you send an update as to when the issue will be resolved? Can I contract the job out and just send the city the bill? That seems reasonable to me. Thank you for attention to this matter.

this is for an alley it is in the wrong system.

I'm writing via this channel as my requests via the "see click fix" portal have yielded no action. Back in May of 2016, I opened a ticket and attached a picture of very deep puddles/potholes in the alleyway behind my home. Several follow up tickets later and still no response. I now see that my neighbors on the 4100 block of W. Franklin St have also opened tickets to report the issue that has become progressively worse and dangerous. Please respond with a timeline of when it will be fixed.
