File photos show the area was being used for parking. The google earth image from 2014 also showed parking had been in use in this space. We wend to Planning and Zoning and found the site plan on file from a 2005 permit that documents this is not approved parking. The property owner was notified on May18th that cars parked there would be ticketed.

The area was clear of parked cars in the morning of May 19th.

And again today.

New violations will be reported with a new SCF complaint and tickets will be issued if this occurs.
