Since Highway 9 was repaved over the summer, the light timing at Highway 9 @ Academy Street has never been adjusted to it's normal schedule. Traffic sensors also have clearly not been set back up to change light timings. I can be sitting at a red light here, the ONLY car in any direction for 2 mins while the whole light runs its course. Please fix the timing/sensing of traffic.
