Description

This neighbor has been dumping yard waste and debris onto the beach from their back yard - which looks out onto the beach which is public accessible. You can see it spilling down the embankment into the water. It has been going on for years. There is a public-access beach here at the road end of NE Hidden Cove Rd. Once you walk down steps to beach, turn left and walk 20 feet, and look up embankment.
