abandoned house, rear yard used for illegal dumping, uprooted tree in rear yard hanging on phone and cable wires leaning on neighboring house, rear structure falling off house, broken windows, overrun with stray cats and rodents (squirrels, possums, racoons, skunks). has been reported for several years now, including to 3-1-1 who repeatedly closes the ticket without taking action.

Someone came to dismantle the shed shown in the picture but all they did was take it down and leave all the trash behind. There is a family of possums and tons of other rodents (mice, cockroaches, water bugs, the occasional raccoon) that come from the 3' high pile of debris on a regular basis. And the uprooted tree still hangs in the wires behind everyone's homes.

The pile of trash, wood scraps, records (?), metal and other debris is not almost 4' tall in this back yard. Neighbors and I have had more rodents this year than every before, could it be because we have to live with this in our back yards?

Something is dead in this back yard, the neighbors can't even sit outside and appreciate our own yards. What's the hold up with getting this mess cleaned up? IT'S BEEN LIKE THIS FOR 10 YEARS!

Someone came and did a considerable amount of cleanup in the breezeway and trimmed the tree, but there's still a ton of cleanup and tree work to be done. Minor victories at least...
