Description

Continuous slow flow of water from ground near telephone pole. Has been nonstop since construction of new condos at this site. Water is damaging Riverview Road, causing repeating potholes. The road crews come by and patch but cause of problem is not fixed. Road becomes dangerously icy in winter, and there is a private preschool on this street. Please fix when you can.
