My name is Teodor Crisan. I am the owner of 1753 Prescott St S. There are cars being parked on my property without my permission and I am receiving a civil citation because of it. I had a fence, but they pulled it down. My no trespassing sign was removed. I reside in Canada so I cannot report the trespassing cars when they appear. Is there anyway the cars can be ticketed or towed rather than me being punished? Can you advise me on what needs to be done to avoid penalty.

The SPPD should run the tags and if none are attached run VIN's. Could find stolen vehicles OR the registered owners. It appears that Mr. Crisan is being taken advantage of by his neighbors and should not be punished.
This is where the difference is between the Law and Justice.
