Resident Complaint - Jean Ascosi – 8234 Bubbling Spring, Laurel MD – 301-604-7061. There is a 20’ drainage and utility easement along the pipe where runoff has begun to incise the ground over the pipe in the last 20’ (approx.). Home owner has attempted to fill in the eroded area with varying types of landscaping material over the years. There is also some erosion beyond on the outfall that has been acknowledged.
