Although my previous report was supposedly resolved, there are STILL huge pipes on the FIRE ROAD in Knowland Park, among the trees about 20 yards off of Golf Links Rd. opposite Oak Hill Road/Elysian Fields Dr. This is not only a visual blight but a safety hazard!
