The city of Oakland should look into proactive measures against illegal dumping. I suggested to our district 5 counsel member about putting together a group of community people along with district 5 representatives to solve or slow down the rate of illegal dumping.
I 'm thinking, at least have warning signs regarding illegal dumping on vehicles and trucks responding to illegal dumping.
