This is a serious hazard to the children walking home from school. They have to walk either in the street or on the street/grass line to avoid soaking their shoes, socks and pants.

Don't know why we keep reporting this issue and all the others around town. I have yet to see a single problem taken care of other than the automatic "thank you" response and telling us it's either in the system or the case has been closed. But NEVER is a situation recified.
