Vehicles traveling NorthBound on N. Tuttle at the intersection of N. Tuttle and University Pkway. Only allows 3 vehicles through the light and then changes red. I'm not sure if this happens all the time or just during the periods between 1pm and 5pm. It would be great if you could time is a bit longer so at least a few more vehicles can get through the intersection in a timely fashion such as vehicles headed east/west
