Yeah his front yard is a complete eyesore and the city wont do anything about it for months on end. All this guy does is constantly shift the atuff around fron one apit to another with zero attempts to actually clean it up. Such a pity that our great city is letting people like him use thier front yards for atorage and make our neighborhoods look like absolute crap.
COME ON ST PETE MAKE HIM CLEAN IT UP.
