Update from the Codes Compliance Department: just a quick note of explanation: two separate issues were reported in this initial SCF post, junk/trash in the yard, and an inoperative vehicle. When one case is closed, as was the situation with case number 16-1530, there's no way to close half of the SCF report - it's all or nothing. It's for that reason that we ask SCF users to submit their complaints as separate SCF issues, so that they can be managed separately and not result in confusion at time of closure.
Based on the comment made by the reporting user that there is now more junk/trash at the reported property, a new case has been opened for that issue, 16-4331 - here's a link:
https://actiononline.stpete.org/Click2GovCE/casesearch.html?caseYear=16&caseNumber=4331
The previously reported inop vehicle case is still active and still being investigated, per the existing enforcement procedures - that case is 16-1531, and here's a link:
https://actiononline.stpete.org/Click2GovCE/casesearch.html?caseYear=16&caseNumber=1531
For updates on these specific investigations, or to voice a complaint about the existing, accepted code enforcement procedures, in general, you are welcome to call 727-893-7373. Thank you again for your post.

The City of St Petersburg periodically reviews past reports that are made from citizens within our city limits, and in an effort to clean-up old issues that were resolved some time ago, we are marking as 'closed' those issues that were submitted in the past for which the work has been completed or the issue has otherwise been resolved.
If you think for any reason that the issue you submitted in the past might still be unresolved, please feel free to submit a new report with the SeeClickFix St. Pete website and we will make sure the issue is directed to the appropriate City department to be addressed as soon as possible.
Thank you - MAC
