I live on 13112 Layhill. And my service rd. needs to be resurfaced....asphalt or whatever.

When Layhill Road was resurfaced late last year or early this year--cannot remembered, a service road which is part of Layhill along which stand three houses: 13112, 13114 and 13116 Layhill was left out or overlooked. Why was that?

Why so long?????????? My stretch of Layhill Rd. is a service road--elevated with three homes --13112. 13114 and 13116 Layhill. Was never asphalted when the entire Layhill Rd. was over a year or two ago. Kindly comment or reply. My home number is 30-1933-3384
