Description

Street abutting asphalt sidewalk
Area of asphalt previously patched (after city water work) crumbling, & so e asphalt missing leaving a hole. Area undergoes a lot of wear and tear with cars & trucks entering lot. A Safety/Tripping risk to pedestrians.
