This is a privately owned property and per ordinance the property owner is responsible for clearing snow and ice from the sidewalks. We will notify the owner to address this issue. Failure on their part will result in a fine.

We will inspect this location after each storm to ensure the snow is cleared. If not, the owner will be issued the required fines.
