I have not heard of anyone besides me being aware of this problem and trying to address it or reply to me.

I like the excellent intentions of Clickfix. However, there is a significant flaw in this process. Nobody responds to the message regarding whether anyone in city/county government has a) considered the issue, b) made a decision to do (when) or not do something about it, and c) fixed the problem. Lacking such information, it is difficult for the original reporter of the problem to know whether the issue should be closed or remain open. Indeed, it should not be the responsibility of the reporter to make that decision. That responsibility should be assumed by those who have the authority and resources to fix the problem. In any case, feedback to the reporter is essential to make this program work. A responsible reporter who is ignored will eventually choose to abandon the effort. Please reward those who are trying to help with some real-time communication.

Still no response from the City of Durham regarding the above problem. Is anybody home?
