Description

The street lights along college between Olympic pl and McDonough are dim and often flicker creating dangerously dark situations on the narrow and uneven sidewalk

Thank you. The light between Greenwood and Jefferson in particular flickers off more than it is on and that stretch of sidewalk is very dark. Happens every morning I am out there often before 6am.
