Hi PWA, I've attached a screen shot of a map of this section of Sausal Creek and the nearby trails (from FOSC Trail map by Karen Paulsell). The arrow indicates the approximate location of the culvert entrance that's blocked. You can reach this point either by hiking upstream starting at the El Centro entrance to Dimond Canyon, OR by starting at the Bridgeview Trail then heading down the switchbacks towards the El Centro trail and continuing downstream once you get to the creek.
