stop work order on 12/4/2015 contractor is working on making corrections.

If there was a stop work order why did work continue on 12/4-5-6 when new windows were installed and other work continued all weekend., including working on Sunday which isn't permitted.

The stop work order was in effect until all proper permits were obtained. However, the Sunday construction is a different issue and must be reported to Chelsea Police at 617-466-4355. Inspectional Services cannot help on a Sunday. I've forwarded this issue to Chief Kyes with the request that an officer visit the property this coming Sunday to see.
