Westchester is a road that I travel daily to work and the road is torn up so bad that it can cause major damage to your vehicle. Seems that if the Madison City Transportation school buses travel it daily that they would pave that road to keep down on expenses on their repairs. I am pretty sure that they have to feel the effect from that. I don't know the cost of how much it would be to fix it but the road is not that long
