Description

This homeowner is a safety issue in the neighborhood. He blocks the street with his trucks and boats when they are not parked in his yard. He moves them several times a week. Recently he has dug a trench 10 ft wide from the street to near the back of his house. He has a gas grill and lawn chairs on his roof. He has people living in an RV in his back yard. A few weeks ago the police were called to remove him from the roof (drunk and brandishing a hand gun) and ended up baker acting him. When are you going to stop this insanity?
