I suspect one of my neighbors is using our shared garbage can for trash generated through his business. Often leaving large items beside the trash can. Currently scrap wood and a very large tire. These items remain outside of the trash can until I call the city sanitation. Today the can is so full we have to travel further down the alley to use other cans. This happens often.
