Screen torn at swimming pool. Swimming pool not secured

I'm assuming the bank has not taken possession of the home yet. Because once they do they get someone in there to get rid of junk and secure it.

My house near this one was bank owned when I bought it. Took the city probably a week and a half to deliver 4 citations for code violations that the bank had done nothing about. They gave me a month to take care of all of them and wouldn't close any until all had been completed. In addition the back yard had served as a teen hangout. A mattress and numerous beverage containers were lying about in the 18"-high grass and weeds. Banks don't keep up their properties unless things have changed a lot in the last 6 years.

It's all in the back yard. Either neighbor will grant access. Also the swimming pool is full of water and un-secured. And now the abandoned boat is falling into the water. This is all visible from Crisp Park. Sorry you only looked at the front yard.. coulda knocked on our door?

I was told the inspector would return yesterday. No show. Again we need inspector to come and use my property to look at the back yard mess.
