The same trailer was sitting in the front yard this morning...... Nothing changes. Same 4 foot high weeds, same trash in front yard, same commercial trailer and the siding that fell off years ago is still missing / in disrepair.

This issue should not be deemed closed. The trailer is back. It will remain there again for another 3-4 weeks, be gone for 2 weeks, and then be back again. The property owner's son owns the trailer, and understands that we are reporting this issue, and has his timing down so that it is removed just when the city decides to close the file on him. He knows how to work the system to his advantage and will continue doing this.
