Transportation Department staff have completed an review and based on site conditions we can not install additional on-street parking regulations. Specifically, state statute only allows a municipality to install corner restriction 30 feet from the intersecting roadway curb line. Since this intersection is constructed with very wide curb radii, 30 feet would not effect on-street parking. So, northbound motorist must, after stopping at the stop signs to make sure there are no pedestrians crossing, inch forward toward the travel lane and determine if the way is clear. This is what is specified in the Drivers Handbook.

And when the first fatal accident occurs at this intersection will the city assign blame to the deceased? Anyway thank you for considering this (meager) request.
