When os the city of oakland going to finally do something about this property - its gets a mild clean up and within a week it os back up. There is constant drug dealing, fights and breakins from the transients here whp pray on the neighborhood. Additionally their drug customers shoot up in the surrounding area and leave needles laying. Enough!!
