The people located at 4016 68th Ave N, Pinellas Park are feeding the cats. They are placing the food on the north side of 68th Ave, across from their house.

Animal Related ADDRESS 4008-4016 68th Ave N Pinellas Park, Florida. COMPLAINT: (Multiple cats laying & roaming around outside unleashed. Cats are always in the area of 4008 and 4016 68th Ave N, Pinellas Park. Unknown if they are abandoned or not.) Please check the properties on and around 4008 and 4016 68th Ave N. Attempt to make contact at both addresses and report findings for a return email to the complainant. 10/16/15 @0756 hours, No answer at the door. There are curtains in the windows, unable to see inside of the house. The property appears to being maintained, grass is mowed, etc. The back yard is surrounded by a 6' wood privacy fence and I could not see into the back yard. There were no cats on the property in the front yard. There was no odor of urine or feces detected. From the areas I could observe, there was no evidence of animals being feed, no food or water bowls. I left a courtesy notice on the front door advising of the complaint and requested a call to PCAS to verify the complaint. Attempted to make contact with the neighbors on either side of suspect residence. Will return if further complaints are received. I did sit stationary in front of the residence for several minutes and did not observe any at large cats in the area. Took photos of the yard and place them in the case. Spoke with the resident at 4016 68th avenue north who stated that this is a vacant house and someone keep the yard well manicure. The resident at 4016 whos cat has a current vaccine and license #4259537.Witness stated that the only cat that she has seen was a black DSH, that is a feral cat, that come and go from the address of 4008 68th avenue north, No cats seen on this day.
