Description

Mayor's Office promised storm drains in back of property 5830 and my property. I flooded inside in Jan and Feb, and enough is enough. Water is pouring off decrepit, moldy 5810 Denver St, and 5830 Denver St is soaked in the backyard and the side, flowing to my property and the sidewalk. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
