I flooded Jan and Feb 2015 due to excess water drainage from my neighbor's who do not have storm drains. Installation of storm drains behind 5820 and 5830 was promised by Susan from the Mayor's Office in May. I called Susan in August and she stated that the drains would be installed after the rains. It is now January. Please install these drains now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please condemn and fix the mold smell at 5810 Denver St NE, an abandoned house which is a dangerous health hazard, ASAP. The BLACK MOLD IS SPREADING AND SMELLS SO BAD THAT I CANNOT GO OUTSIDE MY HOUSE OR OPEN MY WINDOWS!! FURTHERMORE, FUNGUS HAS SPREAD AND IS DESTROYING MY LAWN AND GARDEN. THE RATS ARE ALSO STILL A PROBLEM. PLEASE HELP OR I WILL BE FORCED OUT OF MY HOUSE!

The Mayor's Office promised in May 2015 to install storm drains behind my property and next door, 5830 Denver St., due to the flooding. Jeff Star's house on Tanglewood is vacant and for sale, and since it has been dry, why hasn't the City come to install the drains behind my house and 5830 Denver St.???? Please address this issue as promised.

5810 denver St NE reeks of mold, and I am constantly dealing with the rats from that home. The garage is open and there have been squatters. There may be a dead person in that house, the smell is terrible. Please get this property condemned and demolished. It is physically causing mold and rodents on my property. The foreclosed house is ready to collapse. Please, Please get it demolished and cleaned up as I can hardly breathe on my property. The pepper trees are way overgrown, and the house is littered, has a falling ceiling, uprooted floor, black mold everywhere, and gutters and tiles falling off. This is a hazardous situation!!!!!!

The foreclosed property at 5810 is next door to my house. I have called Safeguard Property Management Company and filed complaints about the rats, bugs, and smelly, spreading black mold. The company finally sent someone to cut the grass who proceeded to spray grass killer so he does not have to mow again. Meanwhile, I am severely allergic to mold and the black mold smells awful and is spreading onto my property. This is a serious health hazard for me!!! Also, I am tired of killing rats who ate my birdcage screen to move into my lanai. Also, everytime it rains, the side of my house next to 5810 floods.
My health and my house are threatened. Please contact the bank to tear down the house. Meanwhile, I will call the federal EPA and also hire an attorney if this is not resolved within a week.

Susan from the Mayor's Office called in May and promised that storm drains would be placed in back of our properties within 6 weeks. IT IS OCTOBER AND STILL WAITING FOR THE STORM DRAINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rats, Rats, Rats!! The foreclosed house at 5810 Denver St NE is overgrown with grass, and now rats are coming over my backyard wall and resting and pooping in my lanai. I keep planting rat poisoning with peanut butter, and they enjoy the meals and keep returning. I contacted and complained to Safeguard Properties. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE RATS ASAP!!!! ALSO, THAT LAWN SHOULD BE CUT DOWN AND THE MOLD ELIMANATED!!!!!

BLACK MOLD growing along the inside of my wall that separates my property from the moldy, falling down house at 5810. Yard is overgrown and soaked, and water has soaked down to the side of my house. My backyard stinks from the black mold!! The bank finally covered the green pool today and noticed that there have been squattors inside!! The gates are not locked!! Please kill the mold on my property and do something about the flooding. I am severely allergic to mold. The property next door should be torn down asap!! Safeguard Properties saw the mold, waters, and evidence of squattors. Please do something so that I do not lose my house!!!!!

Mayor's Office promised storm drains in back of property 5830 and my property. I flooded inside in Jan and Feb, and enough is enough. Thank you, Eric, for sending Pete to deal with breeding mosquitos at foreclosed 5810. I need your help to clear the property of overgrown vegetation, including pepper trees. ALSO, there is debris everywhere, the house reeks from mold, and the ceilings are falling down. Please clear the vegetation. I am very allergic to the mold. Can you demolish this house????

5810 Denver ST NE is foreclosed and a health hazard as it reeks of mold, is falling down, and the property is consumed by mosquitos and other insects. I live next door and was just attacked by these bugs, at noon. Please spray both properties!

My neighbors' yards, Jeff Starr on Tanglewood, and 5830 Denver St, as well as the foreclosed house at 5810 Denver St, all have flooded yards. This water is draining onto my property, my driveway, and the sidewalk. My neighbors and I have not turned on our sprinklers, so I assure you that the rust and water is coming from the properties surrounding my house. Please install the storm drains, as promised in May, and then make the repairs to my driveway and the sidewalk.

Due to chronic flooding of my property, the sidewalk in front of my house is uneven and cracked. Additionally, there is a long gully at the end of my driveway where the road has washed away. It needs to be repaired, and I am tired of this water problem because my neighbors do not have storm drains and the water drains to my property.

You called me in May and stated that the City would install storm drains in back of my house and also 5830 Denver. We are both flooded in our backyards!!! When are you going to help?? This house has foreclosed. The entire property is flooded and the backyard is overgrown with weeds and trees. I am certain that their storm drain is not working because all of their water is flooding down to the left side of my house. Their deep green pool has fish and frogs, and the property stinks in the front and the back.
