I live off this alley too and I 100% agree with the originator of this complaint. It is horrible and disgusting.
The previous case you are mentioned has been open for over 10 months and nothing has been done. This is unacceptable.

The sanitation department was supposed to pick up a pile of yard waste dumped illegally on the west side of 25th st N between the speed bump and 13th ave N by the end of the work day on Oct 28th .The official address is 2536 13th Ave N . -----The pile is still there !
