Description
Emerald Pointe Apartments between buildings 175 and 125 by sidewalk. Ground utility box has caved in causing a trip and fall hazard. Reported to office several times and nothing is being done. I believe it may be a Verizon box. Called Verizon and they said property management needs to make a repair request on their property but again, it's been 6 weeks and nothing had been done.
