Avalon building guests are mainly either elderly people or people with a special needs, so what is not an issue for healthy people might be a big issue for others.

It would be helpful if you added specific text to the photo so the person receiving it would know what you would like them to do. Does it need a curb cut for wheelchairs? Or some kind of walkway? Since they haven't responded to it yet, I'm guessing they don't know what you're trying to point out. The sidewalk itself looks flat. Is there a bump in the sidewalk?
