Backed up traffic in Costco driveway spilling onto Gratiot during the day. Usually the entrance is blocked and 8 or 10 cars are in the road, blocking the right lane.

This issue seems due to the fuel pump construction with two pumps remaining open. Not only is is affecting traffic on Gratiot and those trying to enter the store parking lot, but a fire truck or ambulance would not be able to get through this mess easily.
